Return/Exchange Policy

You can return new, unopened items (excluding underwear and socks). All underwear and socks are final sales. They will be shipped by usatee.discounp.com within 21 days of delivery and will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs * certain exceptions). The item should be returned in its original packaging.

In order to process your return quickly and effectively, please attach a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return or exchange. If you request an exchange, please attach a description of the original item you want to exchange, including the new size and/or style name selection.

**Please note that any obviously worn, dirty, smelling like cigarettes, cologne, perfume or any other perfume and/or damaged or incomplete returned merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.

Any collectible cards purchased from our website are sold as is and are only eligible for a refund if the initial packaging is intact and the warranty seal is intact. If the packaging has been opened and the warranty seal is damaged, the transaction card will no longer be eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

*If the return is due to product defects or defective products, you must contact us within 2 days and can return within 14 days after delivery to receive a full refund or exchange.
